In June 2009, United Way of Oswego County embarked on an initiative to develop a comprehensive assessment of human service needs of the county.  The needs assessment will assist the United Way of Oswego County in the development of a data driven action plan to ensure that programs are in place to address the human service needs recognized by the project.  The needs assessment is available to both not-for-profit and county agencies for the purpose of improving, planning, and developing community service programs.
